And i mentioned this in the last question, but comments are super important when you're working as a team.

And i've got to be honest with you, they're also important even when you're working on a project alone because the deeper you get into a project and the bigger that project gets, you will forget how some of your own code is supposed to.

And the comments can be really helpful.

They're reminding you where your headspace was at.

You know, on hour number five of writing that function, when you finally cracked it and figured out how it was supposed to work, make the comment so that when you're looking at it a month later, you'll remember.
