It's an article from 2019 about, that kind of a convention that someone should spend three months salary for an engagement ring are people actually doing that and that's what they did the survey to see so part a the first thing we're going to look at is does the article identify the four ws the four ws that we talk about here are who what win and where so who did they ask who did they collect data from this was you can see at the bottom of the chart there, 1 ,640 adults.
