this tutorial goes through solving problem 92 from Chapter one section to practice, we're told to perform the given operation and then simplify as possible. So the operation here is division, and we're going to divide, uh, these two fractions, and we have to follow the rule for dividing practice. The rule for dividing fractions is that dividing by a fraction it's the same thing is multiplying by. It's reciprocal. So 23/25 divided by 46/5, is the same thing as 23 over 25 times, 5/46 because 5/46 is the reciprocal of 46/5. Now I can multiply my name, readers and my denominators, but it's mine. Multiply those that it's going to be a massive number, especially in the denominator, and I really don't wanna have to prime factor that leader. So instead, you're going to write to be private factors in the crime factor form of both of these fractions in the beginning, so 23 is prime, so that's just 23 times by but 25 factors to five times five and 46 factors to two. That's even Anthony Times 23 which is part. So now I have saved myself. So which work? Because they have a common factor of 23. They have a comment after five. So my quotient is one over five times two, which is 1/10 and again, this one in the numerator. It's here because 23 divided by 23 years, four high divided by five is one, So we're always left with one. Would we simplify fractions? If there's nothing, there's no remaining numbers in The Infinity Writer, it's one.
