00:01
We're given this motion diagram.
00:04
This is the position of some ball and the red are the velocity vectors and we're supposed to add acceleration vectors when you tell here, it's hard to tell from the diagram, but these are getting shorter and shorter so it's getting slower and slower and then here they're getting longer and longer so it's getting faster and faster here on the curve it kind of looked like they were the same length to me so i'd say that's constant speed, but you would have a centripetal acceleration because it has a curved path.
00:32
So i'm going to add blue vectors.
00:34
I'm just going to kind of add them in here, since they're right on top.
00:36
Here we're getting slower and slower.
00:38
So my acceleration is opposite of the motion.
00:43
Here we're getting faster and faster, so my acceleration is the same direction as the motion.
00:49
I can't really tell.
00:50
I'm assuming it's constant acceleration.
00:52
Here i would need to be toward the middle of a curve.
00:55
Imagine this is the big circle.
00:57
There's kind of the center of the circle.
01:00
So here i'm kind of going towards.
01:03
That and i might have one here that's kind of in between where here it's starting to curve but it's still slowing down so imagine taking a combining these two vectors and something like that and same thing here imagine combining these two vectors for something in between kind of like that okay so that was part a adding acceleration vectors part b we're supposed to make up a problem that would go along with this motion...
