we're being asked to simplify this expression. Well, to do that, we first must remove our parentheses by distributing. So in the first part of our problem, we have 36 outside of that first prophecy. So we need to distribute that 36 to both of those terms. Now, I do know this that they're both fractions. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna put 36/1 and remember to multiply fractions, we multiply straight across. So we first most multiply 36/1 times 29 Sex will, 36 times two is 72 and one times nine is nine. And then we have our extra. Next, we need to multiply 36/1 by negative. Three fours. Well, a positive times of negative is a negative. Then we're gonna multiply 36 times three, which is one away. And then we have one times four, which is four now. We also have some multiplication. At the end of our problem, we have 36 times 1/2 well, again to make 30 system fresh, and I'm gonna put it over one, and then we're gonna multiply straight across. So 36 times one is positive. 36 1 times two is two. So now I'm gonna go ahead and simplify my fractions. Well, we first have 72 divided by nine. Well, that's just a So we have a Dex, then we have one away divided by four, which is 27. So minus 27. And then we have 36 divided by two, which is 18. Now. We want to look for any light terms, which we do have. Negative 27 positive. 18 early terms. So because eight X does not have a life term, I'm just gonna bring it down. And negative 27 plus 18 is negative night. So now that are like terms of income by
