All right. So the problem the task at hand here is do we have exponential growth, or do we have exponential decay? Because both of these air the Formby to the X power. The difference for growth is the basis larger than one and decay the basis smaller than one. Um, I might even throwing bigger than zero. Um, some people do the absolute value, but, you know, whichever, actually doesn't matter. In this problem where we're examining the function f of X equals two over E to the X power. Yeah. Okay, So as we're looking at this, uh, the main thing is is recognizing that to over is your base, which is about two divided by E is about 2.718 Check it calculated for that number. But since the numerator is smaller than the denominator, we know that that basis smaller than one. So we're looking at exponential decay based off of this work, which means our graph must be going down into the right exponential decay. Looks like this.
