for this problem on the topic of electromagnetic induction were given the number off turns in a coil that lies in the plane off the page in a uniformed magnetic field directed into a page. Now we know the surface area off the coil, and we know the time taken to stretch the coil so that it has no area. We want to know the direction and magnitude off the induced EMF if we had given the unique the uniformed magnetic field strength. Now we know that the induced MF Epsilon is equal to the rate of change off magnetic flux. Defy DT, and we look at the absolute value for the absolute value off the IMF. Now we can write this as the number of turns in the coil. In times the magnetic field strength be timed, the area off the coil a all divided by teen. So in times B times a over T and all of these values unknown so we can calculate the magnitude and direction off the induced EMF. So the number off turns in the coil is given to be 50. The magnetic field strength were given as 1.5 kessler, and lastly the surface area off the coil is 0.25 square meters. All of this any time off 0.1 seconds. So if we calculate, we get the induced EMF due to the magnetic field in the plane off the page to be 100 and 87.5 waltz and that is the magnitude now using the right hand rule. And since the magnetic field is directed into the page, you know the induced E M F will be clockwise.
