Hi, everyone.
00:02
So for this question, we're going to be talking about sensation and perception.
00:07
So these are two sort of different things where sensation has to do with our feelings of things and how we can take in information through our senses.
00:17
So smell, taste, touch, so on, so forth, vision.
00:23
So all those kinds of senses.
00:25
And then perception has to do with how we perceive things to be.
00:28
So how we can kind of mentally group things, how we understand things, how we recognize things, everything like that that has more to do with our cognition and more to do with higher level processes has to do with our perception.
00:43
And there are two different things that do different processes that are both related to either one of those terms.
00:50
So sensation has more to do with bottom up processing because it's a very basal process.
01:01
Process.
01:01
It's a very deeply grounded within us, bottom up processing.
01:05
It's almost automatic our sensation.
01:07
It is automatic.
01:09
So it has to do with bottom up processing.
01:11
We kind of take in all this information and our brains and our sense organs.
01:18
They all kind of build up these pictures from the bottom up.
01:21
They take these small bits of information and they kind of build them up...
