So we are once again using the graph in the book to answer some questions. And while I cannot reproduce that graph, I have done a quick sketch of the graft just so we can kind of refer to different periods of time that you see there. So for this question, our first part is asking, uh, what was her heart rate when she had been working out for half an hour? So you're gonna wanna look along the x axis, which is your time axis. It's broken down in minutes, and after half an hour would be 30 minutes. So if you go to the 30 minute mark, which is about here ah, you're gonna want to know where heart rates he would go all the way up to where you see on the graph. And this will be the value of her heart rate, which is ranking at 140 beats per minute. And again, you want to look at where it's hitting on the Y axis to know the the heartbeat rate by the time axis, which is your ex access. Okay, so, again, this is heart beat, and this is time on X axis. Okay, for me. We want to know how long she's in that training zone. So you want to know from here to here? What is that time difference? So hear her training zone starts at 10 minutes. If you go all the way down to your X axis on the graph and her training zone ends at 40 minutes, so from 10 to 40 minutes is 30 minutes in training zone.
