So carrying capacity is when the population levels, reaches the maximum, reaches this maximum population and an environment that can support that particular population for an extended period.

For fertility rate, fertility rate is defined as the total number of children that would be born to each women if she were to live to the end of her child bearing years and give birth to children in alignment with the profiling age -specific fertility rate.
