For example, how could the approach be expanded or extended from table 8 -10? second one do you see any unusual results it might not have another round of studies and then third highlights such a study be designed and so on so the first thing is to understand what's happening it's helpful to understand how cancer cells grow in the first place in order to be able to understand how targeted therapy works so there are cells in every tissue of your body there's different cell types of blood cells, brain cells, skin cells, all these different cells.

And, of course, each of these different cells have a specific function.

And so there are ways in which that your body are able to make duplicates or copies when their body cells, like in the bladder, they're going to be identical.

And so it goes through this process of the cell cycle, and then division is the mitosis.

It's about this small portion, maybe 15 % out of the whole entire cell cycle.

And what happens is that there are certain signals, certain checkpoints along the way that the cell gets a message, some sort of a growth factor to say, oh, we need to be rapidly dividing.

Or we need to slow our division down.

A tumor basically is a mass of abnormally growing cells that are growing within a normal life, otherwise normal tissue.

However, maybe that there is a mutation in the mutation in the genetic setup of a beginning or a progenitor cell, and the mutation along the gene, genomic sequence tells these proteins, the cancer growth factor tells the receptive proteins, hey, even though everybody else has stopped dividing, we got to keep going.

And so the proteins have changed to where they continue the signals of one of those checkpoints, where it's basically telling the cell to continue to divide, continue to divide, and be rapidly dividing, and it continued when everybody else has stopped around them.

And so benign or malignant tumors are the kinds of tumors that can grow out of this.

The nine tumors are the ones that they maintain themselves at that original site, and they are not considered as malignant or cancerous tumors because they don't send out these seeds or these little outcroppings to spread to other organs.

They just maintain and they stay in that particular organ, and that they can grow in size and cause.

A disruption of function solely based on the fact that they are a growth and that they're a certain size and it inhibits the probability that the organ is going to do their main job.

However, when a person has a malignant tumor, this is where metastasis takes place and this is where they are having growths in a ton of other places and the spreading of the different tumors is called menestasis.

It comes back and it's like okay it hasn't spread yet but this is one that we know that does spread they can also be removed surgically and then treated with concentrations of high beams of radiation or also the chemotherapy the chemical chemo chemical chemotherapy now one of the things that we have increased in the last few years is to personalize the cancer treatment.
