All right. So my plan to figure out whether all these three points are on the same line or not is to find the soap between A and B and then the slope between B and C, and that will help me know if they all fall in the same line. So for the slow between and B, I'm going to call that m sub baby and why two minus y one will be zero minus negative. 10 and extra minus X one will be 20 minus negative 50. And that gives me 10 over 70 or 1/7 and now for the slope between B and C. I'll call that M sub BC Why to minus why one would be to minus zero over x two minus x 1 34 minus 20. And so that gives me 20 over Fort are to over 14 which is also 1/7 and just for fun. How about one more? How about the slope between A and C? So the slope for me to see why to minus why one would be to minus negative 10 and x two minus X one would be 34 minus negative 50. And that gives me 12 over a four that also reduces to 1/7 so these points are all on the same line.
