I want to simplify this problem, using the laws of exponents to do so. Since this is ah quotient inside the parentheses, I can assure you that for it to the top and bottom of the fraction. So I'll have to to the fourth power over the square root of two. So the 4th 19 to simplify this. So I'm supposed to believe that to the fourth alone, and then I'm gonna simplify square root of two to the fourth power. One way I could do that is I can write that square to To is to to the 1/2 all of the fourth power. And I can use your another wall of exponents that tells me that they got caught off. This is to to the fourth and then on the bottom. This is I'm applying for over two. So this is to swear, because for over two is to now supply this, I can actually subtract the exponents because I have to do a power divided by two other power Someone s attracted. So if I subtract them, I'll have four minus two. This is gonna get me two squared, and this will simplify all the way down before that's my final answer
