So let me just highlight a few things about vertebrate skeletal muscle that will help you answer the question.

The first thing, vertebrate skeletal muscle is multinucleate.

And all that means is that inside one cell, there are many nuclei.

It's not just one nucleus like you would find in most animal cells, but there are multiple nucleos.

The second thing is the muscle and even the muscle fibers have sheaths surrounding them.

And as you come to the end of the muscle, those sheaths start to all join together to form a thick band.

And that band connects the muscle to a bone.

Almost all muscles are skeletal muscles are connected to bones.
