Added to those who said above average, added to those who said excellent, it's going to be divided by all respondents, okay? so if you follow that logic, it's just going to be 11 plus 14 plus 13, all over 50, and that's going to give us about 0 .76 for part a, okay? and for part b, in similar fashion, they're asking us for the probability that somebody said it was below average or poor, right? so below average and poor.
