hi, everyone. Today we will be solving problem one from Chapter 11 which discusses excludable goods and asks us which categories of goods would be considered excludable. So to answer this question, you want to first figure out what the definition of an excludable good. And to figure this out, we need to ask yourself, The question is a good excludable, and that basically translates to the question. Can people be prevented from using this good? Those two questions are called in to each other s O. If people could be prevented from using a specific good than that good is excludable. So it's basically just a definition. And then the textbook breaks down all goods into four different categories, and the two that are part of this answer choice are privately puppets. Ah, private good is a good. That could be something like an ice cream cone, and it can be excludable. So, for example, you in order to prevent someone from using an ice cream cone, you just don't give it to that person, and then a club good is also explicable because, for example, a club it could be considered something like fire protection, which you can prevent someone from having far perfection by letting their house burned down. And these are the examples the textbook gave to illustrate the categories further. But yep, the answer is A for this question. Thank you so much.
