Alright, this video is going to be about maslis hierarchy of needs, which is basically a structure about how we prioritize the different types of needs that we have.

So starting from the most basic at the bottom to a little more complex higher up needs at the top of the triangle or the pyramid.

So at the bottom, our most basic needs are our physiological needs.

So this is going to be needs like air, water, food, a place to live, shelter, these basic things that we need to survive.

And then next we have our safety needs.

So this is stuff like personal safety, you know, staying safe when you're walking down the street, having a job, if you're old enough to have a job, having the resources that you need to survive, to stay healthy, things like that.

And then next up, a level, we have love and belonging.
