The standard reduction potential of the transition metals is as follows:$\mathrm{VO}_{4}^{3-}=-1.19 \mathrm{V}$$\mathrm{Cr} \mathrm{O}_{4}^{2-}=-0.13 \mathrm{V}$$\mathrm{MnO}_{4}^{-}=1.51 \mathrm{V}$since, $\mathrm{MnO}_{4}^{-}$ has highest reduction potential therefore, it is strong oxidizing agent and $\mathrm{VO}_{4}^{3-}$has lowest reduction potential therefore, it is weakest oxidizing agent among these. Hence, theincreasing order of oxidizing power is as follows;$\mathrm{VO}_{4}^{3-}<\mathrm{CrO}_{4}^{2-}<\mathrm{MnO}_{4}^{-}$
