In thermodynamics, the zeroth law of thermodynamics states that if two systems are in thermal equilibrium with a third system, they are also in thermal equilibrium with each other.

A spontaneous process is one in which the total entropy of the universe increases. In a spontaneous process, the system will move from an ordered state to a disordered state, such as from ice to water, or from a solid to a gas. The concept of spontaneity was introduced by Rudolf Clausius in 1850.

So this question asks which statement is true of a reaction in which Delta V is positive and the answer is C. Delta H is less than Delta E, and the way we know this is since Delta E adult H equals Delta T minus P Delta V. If Delta V is positive or pressure has to be positive and therefore this number will cause Delta E will cause Delta H to be less than Delta E. Since Delta T will be subtracted, buy some positive number in order to find Delta H. And so, even if Delta is ten thousand and P. Delta V is one Delta H would then for B you know nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine. And so ah, Delta H will always be smaller than Delta V in this case. And so the answer is C.
