So here we need to add 3/4 plus 1/2 and we need to multiply that by 2/3 minus 16 year over that. Three to think it's nice. 16 So this is a some multiplied by a difference of the product of a summit of difference. Um, so I'm gonna start here in orderto add 3/4 plus 1/2. We need to have a common denominator. So I'm gonna change 1/2 to be 4th 1/2 is equal to 2/4. So what I did here is I multiply both the numerator and the denominator by two. So time allspice I something by 2/2, that's the state was multiplying by one. So it does not change the value. So this really means 3/4 plus 2/4. So I have 5/4 total. So that was this yellow section. Now I have this blue section. Some are difference. So 2/3 minus 16 I could change these thirds to be six to as well. So 2/3 equals some amounts of sixths. To get to six. I can multiply by two and by two. So I get 4/6. So this is equal to 46 minus 1/6 Which the 236 So that was the section I can now take my my glue and my yellow, and I'm gonna multiply them together kind of product of those. So I'm doing five fourths times 3/6. So that is Burns equals five times 3/4 times 65 times three is 15 um, four times six is 24 Let's see other. Any factors? I contract her out around three goes into both of those so I could do 15 24th divided by 3/3. So we get 15 by by three. It's 5 24 Divide by three is eight and we get a final answer of five minutes.
