Basically, we will assume that n2 is in center and hydrogen, oxygen are the side atoms, right? i would put hydrogen here, and i would put oxygen here.

And then we can focus on how many electrons are in the outer shell, so this nitrogen would still have a long pair, right? because it has three boning pairs and then the oxygen here would require two and one more bond to fill the octet and then just a single one this here would have a plus charge because it's lacking an electron and this one would have an extra electric charge alright, so this is the low structure of h2n2o2 and then moving on to boron chloride...
