Racial segregation in schools generates severe feelings of inferiority among black students. Whatever generates such feelings treats students unfairly on the basis of race. Anything that treats students unfairly on the basis of race violates the 14th Amendment. Whatever violates the 14th Amendment is unconstitutional.
