Revenue Forecast: Recommendations and Projections for the Business's Revenue Model. This paper should discuss the following:
1. Identification of the target customer: Who are they? How many of them exist? Why will they choose your product over your competitors?
2. Revenue model description and rationale. If there are multiple revenue streams, be sure to explain each.
3. Pricing structure and rationale for each revenue stream.
4. Articulation of assumptions undergirding the revenue model, with each assumption supported by your research from Stage 2 or based on clear and compelling logic emerging from your research findings. (A bulleted list is fine.)
5. Presentation of the narrative for a best-case scenario, a most-likely scenario, and a worst-case scenario based on adjustments to these assumptions. An appendix including three fully developed, month-by-month revenue forecasts representing your three scenarios in spreadsheet form. Includes units sold, selling price per unit, and accounts receivable collections for three years. (Note, you will receive a template for this spreadsheet. This appendix does not count toward the page requirement.)
