CFUs/ml.
Your boss now wants 12 plates with 400 of the same bacteria prepared to test a series
of antibiotics; he gives you a tube of bacteria with an OD of .53. As it turns out, you
have tickets to the American Idol \"CHEEZEFEST\" tour, and due to some weird
neurological disease you really, really want to go. Unfortunately, your lab tech has
never plated bacteria before. Write down instructions on how to prepare the plates
for your tech so you won't get fired for your hideous taste in music.
