Hi, this week, we are asked to journal and write about our stressors and coping mechanisms. At the end of the week, we will summarize our journal entries to help you evaluate how the stresses we identified during the week impacted us.
The questions are as follows:
During the week, consider events and situations contributing to your stress levels.
Complete a minimum of four daily journal entries during the week and one summary journal entry at the end of the week.
Note: Please save your daily entries and then submit them along with the summary entry in one document.
When journaling, focus each journal entry on one of the following:
What caused you stress today?
How did stress impact you?
What techniques did you use to manage your stress?
In the summary, describe how journaling impacted your stress and how you might incorporate journaling into your daily routine.
I am completely confused and cannot even structure my thoughts and ideas. Please give me insight, images, and examples on how to complete this assignment successfully. I understand that the work must come from me, but I need help with structuring. Thanks
