A 50 year old client is visiting the outpatient clinic for insomnia the client states they are not able to sleep well at night the client states that they do not feel rested every morning and falls asleep while driving the client's vital signs are bp 140/100 mmHg P82 bpm, regular, R-16, and T- 98.2 F and an 02 sat of 98% on room air random fingerstick glucose is 156 she is alert oriented x 3, verbalizes pain in forehead region and sinus area of 4 out of 10 eyelid, puffiness, thinning scalp hair and 1 pitting edema to both lower extremities past medical history includes type 2 diabetes, neuropathy, asthma, morbid obesity and primary hypertension
