Brown is 38 years old, Caucasian, stands 6’9”, has brown hair, and weighs over 300 pounds.
At his size he will stick out and be noticeable, so he could be using a disguise to try to blend in.
Brown has many tattoos on his person. Investigators know some of the tattoos are symbols related to a white supremacist gang, and it’s possible he might be receiving assistance from the gang.
While in custody, Brown was prescribed medication that helped him regulate his behavior, leading other inmates to describe him as a “decent person,” and that he could even be friendly at times. Unfortunately, Brown did not leave the jail with any of this medication. Brown can be extremely dangerous when not medicated and is deemed so violent that even law enforcement is advised to approach him with caution.
Brown has admitted to being a meth addict.
Brown has an extensive criminal history:
He was serving 75 years for a previous crime spree that included multiple carjackings, robbery, and two murders.
Earlier in his life he served a prison sentence for beating his own brother with a sledgehammer.
Brown was supposed to have extra security monitoring him because he had recently spoken about attempting to escape the facility. He reportedly said that if he ever got out of jail, he’d find and kill his ex-girlfriend and her sister.
