what shouldd be the reply to the post - I think technology will continue to make all facets of the business be more analytical and numbers-based rather than intuition and feelings based. Eventually, this will permeate into everything from human resources to even strategic decisions made by executives. While the point of this technology is to provide clearer, facts-based insights into organizations to create better decision-making, the fact is that human intuition and insight will still be used up until even the CEO is replaced. This technology will shift this impact from lower-level management to upper and executive-level management instead, eventually making even those insights obsolete. Will we ever get to the point that AI runs a company by itself? I am not sure, but it is an interesting future to think about!
