Car B is moving with a uniform speed of 50 mph over a track of radius $R_1 = 100$ m while Car A, at the instant shown, has a speed of 35 mph which is increasing at a uniform rate of $2 m/s^2$. The track radius for car A is $R_2 = 75$ m.
Note, B is moving in CCW direction and A is moving in CW direction.
