a) Devise a feedback register encoder for this code.
b) Devise a feedback register decoder for this code.
c) Illustrate the encoding procedure with the message vector 11001101011 by listing the states of the register (the rightmost bit is the earliest bit).
d) Repeat part c) for the decoding procedure.
Given a K=3, rate $1/2$, binary convolutional code with the partially completed state diagram shown in Figure X. Construct the diagram for the encoder and complete the state diagram.
