3. Does the rational function below meet the following constraints:
A) Has a hole at \( x=0 \)
B) Has VAs at \( x=2 \), and \( x=-2 \)
C) Has a HA at an odd whole number (i.e HA can be at \( y=1,3,5 \), etc)
RATIONAL FUNCTION: \( \quad r(x)=\frac{12 x(x-3)^{2}}{3 x^{3}-12 x} \)
For each constraint, show justification for why you believe, or don't believe that the constraint is met by the given equation. Can be algebraic or explained in words.
