more than that. As a matter of fact, most of the power in a throwing motion happens in the legs and
trunk with the arm and shoulder playing a more secondary role.
Now that you have learned about the shoulder, elbow and trunk, I want you to do a complete
anatomical analysis of JUST the shoulder, elbow and trunk in the concentric action of the throwing
