In a drinking contest, you drink the same amount of alcohol as the other person in
alternating fashion (ex: you drink a shot of bourbon, then they drink a shot of bourbon, then you drink a shot of bourbon, then they drink a shot of boubon, etc...) until one of you becomes sick or passes out. You drink the same amount as the other person, so you can’t win simply by tricking them to drink more alcohol than you do.
