Q3/ For protein determination by biuret method, the following procedure was used:
1-5 g of egg white prepared and diluted into 100 ml solution, then 2 ml of prepared sample mixed with 8 ml reagent, and then absorption determined by spectrophotometer and it was 0.566.
2- 100 ppm stock solution of gelatin was prepared for standard curve preparationand
then different dilutions prepared by the following table:
