In order to limit the starting current, resistances are integrated into the rotor circuit of three phase slip ring motor. By operating the start button switch S1, the contactor K1 will energize. The contactors K2, K3, K4 will in each case be energised after expiry time of 5 s in the order K4, K3, and K2. If the last contactor K2 has been activated, the slip rings are shorted and the motor run at rated power. By pressing the stop button S2 or the MOTOR protection switch F2, the control is immediately set into the idle state. Note that K1 (main) can only be deactivated if K2, K3, K4 ARE NOT activated. The single time level may only be activated if the respective contactors have really been activated. The contactors K2, K3 must be deactivated if K4 has been activated. Design the circuit.
