Clinical Application
Tatiana Marsalli (pronouns she/hers/her), 62 years old, presents for a routine check-up. Reports occasional headaches and mild dizziness over the past week attributed to stress. Reports walking 45 minutes, 5 days per week, and eating a plant-based diet for the last 6 weeks. Positive history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
