Using this model, we can estimate the characteristics of any thermal
power station. For example, a 1200 MW station (40 times more
powerful than the model) has the following approximate
characteristics:
Electric power output 40 × 12 MW=480 MW, boiler 40x 30 = 1200 MW
Coal consumption 40 x 1 kg/s 40 kg/s
