Compound B is very important to your research project. In order to synthesize it, you initiate a
reaction with the following mechanism:
A$\rightarrow$B$\rightarrow$C
where the rate constant for the first step, $k_1$, is 1.86 ms$^{-1}$ and the rate constant for the second
step, $k_2$, is 9.73 ms$^{-1}$. Assuming that you only start with compound A in the system, at what time
will you stop the reaction and extract compound B in order to maximize the amount of B in the
system? Express your answer in seconds to three significant digits (X.XXEX).
