To apply this homework, you are expected to design an example we may encounter in our daily life in the form of a mechanical problem, using the knowledge you have learned about \"rigid body balance\" . As you can see above, a portable arm, pin connection, and muscle mass are also modeled as a rope, and how much load will fall in balance is calculated. You are expected to design your own problem by considering its shape as a concept problem.
follows.
Operation steps should be as
1. Problem description: A simple explanation of the system taken as an example will be made. The picture of the actual state of the system will be added. It will be explained which part of the problem is suitable for which type of connection. (For example, the elbow connection in the figure is modeled as a pin connection because it can move.)
2. Establishing the problem: The selected system is used as force, distance, moment, etc. values will be defined realistically and the problem text will be written.
3. Solving the problem: The written problem will be solved by drawing a free body diagram, writing the equilibrium equations, and the assumptions made to simplify the problem, if any, will be indicated. (For example, a geometric shape that is not exactly cylindrical should be considered approximately cylindrical for simplification and the center of gravity determined accordingly.)
Note: Do not use problems such as the example (load bearing of the arm) used in the figure. Formulate your original problem.
