Q3: CPT
3. In a deposit of normally consolidated dry sand, a cone penetration test was conducted. Ground Elevation was +100 m . Water table was found to be at 93.5 m . Following are the results:
\begin{tabular}{|l|l|}
\hline Elevation \( (\mathrm{m}) \) & Point resistance of cone, \( \mathbf{q}_{\mathbf{c}}\left(\mathbf{M N} / \mathbf{m}^{2}\right) \) \\
\hline 98.5 & 3.16 \\
\hline 97.0 & 4.63 \\
\hline 95.5 & 6.51 \\
\hline 94.0 & 9.29 \\
\hline 92.5 & 10.97 \\
\hline 91.0 & 13.42 \\
\hline
\end{tabular}
Assuming the dry unit weight of sand to be \( 18 \mathrm{kN} / \mathrm{m}^{3} \), and saturated unit weight of the sand to be \( 19.5 \mathrm{kN} / \mathrm{m}^{3} \). Estimate the followings:
a) The Average peak friction angle of the sand
b) OCR
c) Relative Density
