A transverse traveling sinusoidal wave on a string has a frequency of 620 Hz, a
wavelength of 2.8 m, and an amplitude of 0.001 m. Calculate the maximum
transverse speed in m/s of any point on the string.

In SHM, and now in waves, the maximum transverse (up and down)
position/speed/acceleration are the terms out in front of the mathematical template.
These all take the same form regardless of a +, - or zero starting position. Angular
frequency is not measured in hertz.
