In case of the Aggressive strategy, the organisation tends to operate on minimum cash working capital requirement and doesn't carries excess cash. However, in the conservative funding strategy, the organisation tends to operate on higher than the required working capital requirement. Very less cash in hand is kept in the case of aggressive strategy, so it results in risk related to the interest payments, wages and other obligations.
However, in the conservative strategy, there is excess money in hand so there is no issue with the interest payments or creditors obligations, but the excess cash doesn't earn much of return so, in the long-term prospects, it might hurt the organisation.
