Cheryl, I enjoyed reading what you wrote. I like the characteristics that you had chosen and I think you did a great job explaining the importance of them. While I was reading I thought to myself that this is the type of leader I want to follow into battle. This is the type of authority I would take direction from. We all look to our leadership and expect them to hold themselves a certain way and have certain characteristics.
