She ate her breakfast: Cereal, blueberries and yogurt, supplement were given Did her exercises and we went outside the garden checking her plantts 12: 45- we went to Bowness Park, we had lunch at the cafe, then we went for a walk, watched people boating Sharron was so delighted and enjoyed the trip to the park 3:20 we went back home, Dave was doing work at deck, we chatted for a bit and sharron rested on one of the the chair. 3:40 – Done for the day Sharron did lift arms with her and the walking hands on the wall ( she did it on a tree branch 😊 ) but not the the lying on the floor. Sharron was happy and delighted about the trip and lunch at Bowness park. Sharron didn't complain any pain but the confusion of people on her roof did occur.
