Move quickly. Don't discuss details. Capture the essence of the idea and move on. (You can always look at specifics later.)
Build on ideas. When someone is listing off potential concepts, get inspired by what they suggest. Add to it. Modify it. Scale it. Help make ideas even better.
Don't tell anyone their idea won't work. Instead, say the phrase, "yes, and ...." this response lets everyone continue the thought experiment. It doesn't block potential of ideas.
Don't do any planning at all. Just let ideas flow.
