This week, we will be doing something different. It will be an action week designed to try out activities that have been proven to reduce stress and improve mood. You are to perform each activity 3 times, on different days. For example, you can do Yoga and 3 Good Things on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, and write in a Gratitude Journal and Listen to Music on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and do the Nature Activity on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday OR whatever combination you can fit into your schedule. After you do the activity, jot down a few notes about how you liked it or not, how you felt about it, whether you felt better after it or not. All of the activities are 10 minutes or less. Then answer the following questions:
1. What was your favorite activity? How did this activity make you feel? Did you do it alone or with another? Will you try to incorporate this activity into your weekly routine?
2. What was your least favorite activity and why? Did you do this activity alone or with another?
3. Is there an activity that you didn't favor but would recommend to someone else? Describe the type of person who you think would benefit from this activity.
