Problem 3 (40 Points - Flow kinematics - 2). Water flows steadily from a large open tank through a discharge tube, as shown in Figure 3. The effects of viscosity are negligible, and the flow can be considered incompressible and irrotational. A mercury (SG= 13.6) manometer is connected to the discharge tube.
