Given an ac steady-state circuit above, with the data of: $R_1 = 2 \Omega$, $R_2 = 4 \Omega$, $R_3 = 3 \Omega$, $R_4 =$
$1 \Omega$, $C = 0.25 F$, $H = 2 H$, and $I_s = 2 \angle 30^\circ$, please do the following:
1. Convert the circuit into phasor ac circuit.
2. Using mesh analysis, derive a set of linear algebraic equations and put them into matrix
format.
3. Determine the voltage across the $R_3$, $v_o(t)$.
