2.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Receiving Party may disclose the Confidential Information:
(i) To such of the Receiving Party’s directors, commissioners, staff, technical consultants, legal advisors, financial advisors, accountants, agents, affiliates, banks, financiers and other parties that are reasonably related to Receiving Party (collectively “Receiving Party’s Representative”) which the Receiving Party’s Representative reasonably and in good faith believes should have knowledge of the Confidential Information, provided such Receiving Party’s Representative is informed of this confidential nature of the Confidential Information and agrees with such party to keep such information confidential in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
