The Departmental Head (Research) has requested that you compile a discussion paper on leadership, ethics, and governance with particular reference to the public sector. This discussion paper will be presented to the Working Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs to inform future policymaking with a view to improving leadership, ethics, and governance across various governmental departments.
